Rates

High Season (December 20 - May 20):

• $1,800/night (up to 8 people); additional $125/per person per night, up to 14 people, total

Low Season (May 16-Aug 1);

• $1,300/night (up to 8 people); additional $125 per person per night, up to 14 people, total;

• Inquire about additional charge for onsite Ocean View Apartment, which sleeps an additional 2-4 people

Minimum stay is 7 nights. No additional charge for children under two. Security deposit required. Additional housekeeping 3 x per week mandatory an excellent chef can be arranged at renters’ expense.
